08.01.2022 A lot of discoveries were made at my inaugural track session today. Track length (400m), direction of travel (anti-clockwise), "builds" definition (start slow then go faster), my new max pace for 5 seconds (3:15/km) which coincidentally arrived at the same time as my new max heart rate (193). All in all, a fairly fun way to bash out 10kms with the cool cats of the @tzeromultisport gang. What a blast! #trackgirls #ultrarunning #trailrunning #roundandround
02.01.2022 So I realise all my photos lately are "mama" with very little "trail runner". Well, I haven't been back on the trails until this morning and only partaking in short, slightly dull road runs. Anyway, here I am awkwardly jogging through a 75min session - my back has been sore for weeks and thus, I move a bit like the tin man
