24.01.2022 We had a very enjoyable session tonight, with some great warm up activities and then some lessons for the kids on running more technical trail. This included some teachings on running up and down shorter steeper sections as well. There’s still three more sessions left in the current course, so come out and see how much fun can be had in learning to run trails.... 17.01.2022 It is shaping up to be a perfect afternoon for our Trails 4 Fun session today (much nicer than last week). Meet you all at the usual meeting spot by the resource centre. Don't forget you drink bottle, running shoes and enthusiasm!

11.01.2022 Unfortunately this afternoon's Trails 4 Fun session will need to be cancelled due to a severe weather warning. We take trail safety seriously and with high wind, heavy rain and hail forecast for the Adelaide metropolitan this afternoon it is simply too risky for our young trail runners to be out on the trails. Very sorry for the change of plans, we hope you understand.
