Our New-NEW Timetable is Coming on the 1st of FEBRUARY and will see our class offering increase from 20 classes per week to 35+ kid-friendly classes each and every week! www.trainwithem.ptminder.com We have dedicated Mums and Bubs Sessions for newer mums or for mums with little ones under 2 who may not be used to the noise in the studio. These sessions are perfect for those returning to exercise as they are a little slower paced, with more focus on foundation and good technique, and with lower level music to keep bubs happy. He has had us skipping, galloping, cartwheeling and laughing all the way to the finish line! After today’s bootcamp, we hit Altona Pier to celebrate with a Pier Jump! Will see you all back on the beach on Saturday the 9th of January! Xx

08.01.2022 THANK YOU TEAM This year has most definitely been a challenge for all of us, but throughout it - we’ve had each other! We’ve banded together and met online amidst uncertainty. We’ve chatted via text or on the phone. We’ve gone on walks, we’ve cried, we’ve hugged, and we’ve awkwardly hidden behind masks, unsure if we’re allowed to even pat each other on the shoulder. Yet through all of this uncertainty, we’ve connected in a way that we never have before and we’ve forged v...ery real and true friendships. This year has also been challenging as a business owner. I have questioned myself almost daily. I’ve wondered why I do what I do. I’ve woken in the wee hours of the morning and gone into the studio, because all I can think about is work Yet amongst all of the uncertainty, there’s one thing I always come back to And that is ALL. OF. YOU. I want to thank you all, from my absolute soul, for trusting me, sticking by me, believing in me and for inviting me to be a part of YOUR Fitness Journey! You are all my inspiration. I also want to express my heartfelt thanks to my brother and to Bina! These two came in to my studio and unknowingly picked up the pieces. Although I was smiling and forging through my workload with the usual Em-gusto, behind the scenes I was running on empty and barely holding it together. With 2021 around the corner, it's time to start moving forward. Into new and exciting territory. With new branding, a new fit out, new women’s only strength specific training, a calendar of community events, structure, and a team of committed, skilled staff who’s most important focus, is YOU and your goals! 08.01.2022 Sunday’s are all about playing games and having fun (so that you don’t realise you’re working out!) In today’s workout, I let the ladies lead each other by getting them to call out an exercise, that they all had to do... as well as our head, shoulders, knees, toes, turn, burpee, cone! game and of course... ending it all with a Tug of War! When was the last time you played a game. An actual, kid-like game?
05.01.2022 What a week it has been! After taking a small break to reset, Bina, Jake and myself hit the ground running with a new timetable, new daily themes, all new warmups and cool downs (with an end goal of increased mobility), as well as longer class times with an extended stretch and savasana. From Muscle Monday to Friday Frenzy , it has been a week!... and we’re not done yet! ... There is so much more to release over the coming weeks and we can’t wait to share the new biz name, the new branding, the new fit out and the new identity of what started with 3 ladies in my home garage in Altona!! 04.01.2022 What does S T R O N G mean to you? To me, strong means sticking with it. It means grit, tenacity, commitment. Strong means taking the punches and getting back up. It means always searching for a way through a problem. It means changing, evolving, doing things differently and understanding that that’s the only way to get a new result. It means growth. Strong means knowing when to keep pushing but also, strength is knowing when to stop. ... We are reopening for Women’s Only Power Circuit Strength Classes on Monday the 9th of November!! 02.01.2022 Moving your body does not have to be something that fills you with dread. It can be something you do for FUN! Yes! Actually fun!! Fun will motivate you on days when losing weight or working out doesn't sound appealing! ... Fun will motivate you at times when you think I don't care about what my body looks like. Fun will help you to keep consistent and form great habits! A fun group to train with will give you something to be excited about, even in the toughest of times! Im pretty sure no one ever regretted a workout where they tried to catch their breath from laughing almost as much as from working hard!

The three main lifts are LIFE and each PT session incorporates a compound lift as well as power/plyo work and accessories that are designed to increase your lift strength and challenge the muscle groups worked. Whether you do 1, 2 or 3 PT a week, you will always be coached on how to lift - even when starting with our training bar only, we teach you with a very strong focus on technique,... only adding weight when we know you’re ready.
