24.01.2022 We’re guessing the government saw this pic and realised these people need to get back to work . REOPENING YES team, from 11.59pm Thursday night, your fobs will work and you can COME BACK to the gym ... We’ve missed you. We can’t WAIT to get back to it. The details: St Kilda, Prahran and Kew clubs will be open 24/7 from midnight Thursday. Density restrictions are still in place, as are safety protocols. As members, we need you to do the right thing when you’re in the gym. Please keep everything clean after use and respect the space of others. Classes will have a max of 10 participants. We are finalising details and schedules for each club - we’ll keep you updated so stay with us to get all the info. Letsssssgooooo

01.01.2022 Are we all still smiling? It’s more than ok if you’re not. This lockdown is triggering, after everything that happened last year. We all try to stay positive, but sometimes it’s just HARD, especially if you’ve lost your work and income. AND your space to exercise at the gym. ... What are we doing while we can’t work? We are: Walking and running - getting TF outside Cooking good food - we so often don’t have or make time for it. We’re eating our veg Stretching - just do it, you’ll feel better Breathing - meditation can be tricky, but setting aside 10 minutes a day to quietly reflect and breathe deeply can make a huge difference to your state of mind What’s our fave? SLEEP You probably don’t get enough, most of us don’t. If you have kids then we know this probably won’t apply to you . If you can, let yourself sleep. And once we’ve done all of that, we might have a glass of wine, and that’s ok too
