I know I trained well when I didn’t cuddle with my phone to tape training. 15mins skipping, 7 rounds heavy bag punches and kicks. 1 rounds heavy bag low kick focus. 2 rounds on bowing bag with gloves (kicks knees elbows punches) 2 rounds bowling bag no gloves (mainly knees elbows some kicks) 12 rounds total 1 hour training total including skipping/warmup. #homegym #muaythai #heavybagworkout
