His many years of prior experience in the gym is what made him this beast but was good to be able to pass on some knowledge to assist in achieving his goals. 1st place novice, 1st place weight category and 1st place overall.

15.01.2022 Saturday night deadlifts! Just finished dry July and dropped 10kg in 10 weeks. To get the results you have got to put in the hard yards. What goals are you achieving/aiming for in these tough times?

13.01.2022 POST WORKOUT FUEL What do you do to fuel your body straight after a workout? What's best for your body after training depends greatly on the goals your trying to achieve. ... For myself, with an upcoming competition, I am currently going with International Proteins Whey Isolate to get a good dose of fast absorbing protein coupled with a small handful of jelly beans to assist getting the fuel into the muscles. Im also adding 5grams of creatine to assist with recover and create muscle fullness although would generally only take this leading up to a competition. I chose this current protein due to its decent taste with water which I have directly after a workout. I then make sure I follow up with a full meal around 45-60 mins afterwards which gives me the best results for my training. If you have any queries about post workout fuel/recovery feel free to ask :)
