18.01.2022 50kg dumbbell chest press? No problem for Neville Thomas. Nev likes to work on his upper body strength to compliment his Capoeira training (Brazilian Martial Arts). Awesome job Nev!

16.01.2022 Josh Paulsen is obviously a fit and strong young fellow. But due to his occupation as a fencing contractor he had developed some postural problems from years of manual labour. He had developed a rounded shoulder appearance due to an imbalance in muscle development between the chest, and rear shoulders and rhomboids in the centre of the back. Exercises to strengthen the upper back and stretching/releasing of the chest has seen Josh's posture improve substantially and he is now standing much taller and straighter. Well done Josh!

07.01.2022 Pauline Clayton working hard on the cables. Pauline's story is inspirational, having beaten breast cancer she has worked hard to get herself back to her former strength and fitness levels. Fortunately Pauline listened to a little voice in her head way back in 2013 which told her to get herself fitter and stronger. She succumbed to breast cancer about a year later and strongly believes that her newfound fitness levels helped her get through her ordeal of surgery, Chemo and radiation. She has recently returned from a three week scuba diving holiday to the Soloman Islands and is about to take off on a trip to the USA and Europe. Congratulations on your achievements Pauline! Looking forward to your return.
