If I could live in any decade it would be 1970’s because it was all peace love and beads and I was young and fit and healthy. The person I’d love to meet (alive) would be DORIAN YATES 6 times Mr Olympia Because he is a singularly focused human being who overcame many difficulties to become a champion. He changed the face of bodybuilding. He was a pioneer. On a Sunday afternoon, I like to go fishing, on my own! or ride my Gold Wing motorcycle. If I were stranded on a desert island, I’d take my Swiss Army Knife I love my family wife, kids and dog in that order!

05.01.2022 ***** Another happy, satisfied client! ***** As a teacher I had to update my Cert IV. The school went with a large RTO who charged a bomb and had documentation which was difficult to understand and vague - I think they refer to it as "vanilla". Anyway, being too busy I exceeded the time allowed to complete it with them and was then referred to Trainingworx - What a breathe of fresh air. Documentation that is clear and precise and no waiting for the turn around. I'm overjoyed and Trainingworx made everything so simple.
