01.01.2022 Foam Rolling . I quite enjoy foam rolling personally. Some will say that it doesn't do anything, some will say they feel much better after doing it. It doesn't seem to have the same negative effects in regards to performance as stretching does so if you like doing it, I wouldn't stop you (as long as it's followed by a solid DYNAMIC warm up) .
