15.01.2022 We hope everyone is enjoying some rain, 14mm here today..... bit of a juggle while general shearing but how fantastic for the crops and pastures It’s been a b...usy last 3 weeks as we finished sowing and preg tested our ewes and now into shearing. The ewes will be feeling a lot better with their heavy fleeces off ahead of preparing to lamb in 6 weeks. Our ewes scanned up brilliantly with 60% twinning, 80% of which were in the first cycle. They are cutting some big, white, stylish fleeces. Some commercial ewes were doing over 11kg, skirted. All are in terrific order off the board and headed out onto Kittyhawk Wheat, then their pre-lambing vaccination - should set them up well. #gundarimbah #merino #pollmerino #wool #shearing #awi #awn #qualitywool #dualpurpose #parkes #nsw
