14.01.2022 Most of my students know I have part time job in the financial series industry. On 2nd April I joined the revolution (thanks to Coronavirus) and started to work from home. It required a fair bit of an adjustment to computer hardware, getting used to doing things differently and communicating differently with my colleagues. 14.01.2022 Twists are my favourite poses. They can be practiced everywhere and in several ways: laying down, sitting and some standing poses also include turning the torso. The benefits of these poses are numerous: they help digestion, assist in loosing weight around the waist, they create space between vertebrae and keep the spine mobile. 08.01.2022 Salute to the Moon Our usual end of year outdoor practice was held on 30 November 2020 - it was full moon. We had a great time and the weather was kind to us - not too hot and not raining!
