10.01.2022 Making toothpaste...easy, cheap, safe, effective. I added organic coconut oil, cold pressed macadamia oil and cold pressed sweet almond oil to these ingredients. Bicarbonate of Soda 3 tablespoons... Xylitol (ground finely) 2 tablespoons Himalayan Pink Salt 3 teaspoons Activated Charcoal Powder 1-2 teaspoons A few drops of each doTERRA essential oil. Add the above oils and stir well. Add a little more oil as needed to make a paste. Smell that awesome toothpaste you just made! Put into a jar, preferably glass and with a lid. To use, scoop out with a wet toothbrush. Top Tips: Use warm water to rinse your mouth out. Lean over and try not to get it on clothes.
