18.01.2022 The question never was "How do I find happiness?" but the answer always has been "Just be happy!" Life sux! The Law of Attraction does not work I hear you say. On the contrary. It is working perfectly for you at all times without exception. It is "Law". It is Absolute. Your problem is that you are attracting things that you do not want because you do not understand the mechanics of the law. Have you ever noticed how when you buy a brand new car all of a sudden you start seein...g that same kind of car everywhere? Have you ever noticed how a person with a spider phobia manages to see spiders everywhere and is always the first to spot even the smallest one in a room. This is the Law of Attraction at work. Your focus is drawn to whatever you have attached emotional value to. When you buy that new car you attach massive feelings of pride to it. All of a sudden your minds attention is instantly drawn to other cars like it that come into your field of vision. The cars were always there before but your mind did not seek them out because there was no emotional attachment to trigger it. The greater the emotion you have attached to a particular object the greater the demand will be upon your attention. Exactly the same effect applies to things that you have attached negative emotional value to as in the case of a spider phobia. Everything that is in your life in this moment is there because you have some sort of emotional attachment to it be it positive or negative. Mastering the Law of Attraction comes down to releasing your negative emotional attachments and creating more and more positive emotional attachments. 18.01.2022 Understanding Locus of Control helps in overcoming stress and anxiety. Locus of Control is a term coined by a guy called Julian Rotter back in 1954. It refers to how much a person believes that control of a situation resides within themselves (Internal Locus) as opposed to being controlled by outside influences (External Locus). It is measured on a spectrum. People can have a different locus of control in different areas of their lives. e.g. They could have an internal locus... of control when playing guitar. They could have an external locus of control when at work. In some situations it can be a varying mixture of both. The more disempowered a person feels the more they tend to believe that their lives are being controlled by influences outside of them. Inversely empowered people tend to believe that the outcome of situations are internally controlled by themselves. The first step to overcoming stress and anxiety is to realise that you are the master of your own life. Whilst you blame others for your situation in life you are unable to take back your power and change your life. The key is in the word Responsibility. The "ability to respond" to situations. While you refuse to take responsibility for your life in any area then you have no ability to respond to the situations that arise. You are reacting to life as opposed to acting upon it. The key to changing you locus of control is by gaining emotional maturity. Whilst ever you believe your emotions are caused by what others do or say, or the lack of some material object etc, you will be pummelled about by the seemingly random events of life. Realising that you are the creator of every single one of your emotions will put you well on the path to overcoming stress and anxiety.

13.01.2022 How to stop emotional eating! To know how to stop emotional eating you must first understand why you do it. A friend of mine recently asked me how to stop emotional eating. It is a question I get asked many times and it is something I see going on all of the time. To me there are only 2 kinds of eating. Healthy eating and Emotional eating.... The mind has the great ability to pair emotions with objects. Advertising companies know this and use this knowledge ruthlessly. They know that if they can get you to link positive feelings with their products then they have increased the chances of you purchasing from them. Food addictions work very much in this way. If as a child you absolutely adored your Grandmother and every time you went to see her she showered you with attention and always fed you cake your mind will soon link love and security with cake. From this time on whenever you are feeling down or lost your mind will quickly pop in the suggestion to have some cake because it will make you feel loved and secure. The cake can not give you love or security. What happens is that eating cake triggers memories of those wonderful times with Grandmother. The mind can not tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined. Just by thinking of Grandmother you will feel those feelings of love and security that you used to when you were in her presence. It is not the cake doing it. You are doing it to you. You don't need the cake to feel those feelings because they are already in side of you. The cake does not give them to you. Another common emotion pairing to food is guilt. "You can't waste food. Think of all those starving people in the world". Or how about "You can't leave the table until all of your food is eaten". The answer to how to stop emotional eating is simply to remove the emotional pairings your mind has created with food. 12.01.2022 Understand that you are already a winner! In every single moment of every single day of your life you are creating a result. This is something you do by default. It comes about by your interaction with your environment. It is impossible for you not to be within some sort of environment in any given moment so it is impossible not to interact in some way. Even if you stand still and don't touch anything you are still interacting with the environment. Your breath is creating air... currents in front of your face. The breeze of air moving past you has to part to get around you. Your body heat is radiating into the air caressing your skin. Wherever there is interaction there is a result produced. This concept has not been introduced to you as some means to fluff up your confidence. It is a key universal law that you must grasp. There is nowhere in this universe that you can go that you will not be producing a result in every single moment and there is no force that can change that law. What you or others think about you has no relevance to this fact. The process of result creation was not something you had to learn. You were born with the "Talent". It is as much a part of you as breathing. The reason you are reading this though is because you are experiencing results in your life that you do not want. It is our tendency to believe, when things are not going our way, that something outside of ourselves is the cause of our woes. Be it another person, place or object. Whilst ever we blame forces out side ourselves we are giving away our power and have no hope of regaining control of our lives until we move past this illusion. Learning how to take control of your life begins with making the decision to take conscious control of the result creation process. You are already a Creator. Now it is time to Master your craft!



09.01.2022 Symptoms of Depression. How to stop manifesting them! Emotion is immediately preceded by thought every time without exception. Your thoughts and thoughts alone create your every emotion. When we were born into this world the stage was already set. We didn't get to choose the family in which we grew up in or the culture. The people around us had skills and as we were born learning machines so we took on a lot of those skills and beliefs. Some of these served us positively whil...st others did not. Everybody is acting in the current moment according to the level of skills they have accumulated. Symptoms of depression come about from a pattern of thinking whereby one negative thought follows another in an endless loop. As the mind thinks then so the body feels. If you have negative thoughts then you will create negative feelings within. Sufferers of symptoms of depression cannot find a way out of this trap of perpetual negative thinking. The more they experience symptoms of depression the more skilled their minds become at having depression. They eventually even develop skills at turning good memories into bad ones. Once the mind has developed many pathways into negative thinking then it becomes very difficult for sufferers of depression to maintain any feelings of positivity that may occur. They have become so expert at being negative and like any skill once learnt it is released to the subconscious to run on automatic. Like when we learn to drive a car. Once learnt we no longer have to think about it. We can drive for hours and not even remember some of the towns we drove through. The key to escaping from the depression loop is first to go back through past events and release any negative emotions attached to any traumatic events. From the very first traumatic event that happened in our lives, if not dealt with correctly, we begin to start developing avoidance behaviours. The mind is always trying to protect us from re-experiencing any traumatic events. As life goes on and we experience more traumas we create more and more avoidance behaviours. Eventually we come to a point where our whole lives become this system of avoidance behaviours. Unfortunately these avoidance behaviours end up blocking us from experiencing the things we need to truly feel happy. It is always a great joy to me to see the moment of realisation on a clients face when they are quickly freed from an old traumatic memory. Suddenly it dawns upon them that if the worst they had can be dealt with so quickly and gently then the rest can be dealt with in the same way. All of a sudden they realise there is a way out. Straight away their mind starts thinking in more positive ways. We can only successfully create depression in our lives if we have the internal resources to do so. Release the negativity in your past, change your perceptions and change how you currently feel.

05.01.2022 To eliminate stress you must first understand what stress really is. Stress is the bodies reaction to perception. Nothing external to yourself can create feelings within you. Your feelings and emotions are all internally generated by the way you perceive things. All stress causes are within you. Three people are walking down a street when they are approached by a dog wagging its tail. On spying the dog the first person feels joyous, the second feels wary & the third feels ter...rified. It is the same dog yet each person experiences a different internal reaction depending upon their perception of the dog. Perception is a result of your past experiences and the meaning you place upon those experiences. When a memory is stored the emotion felt at the time of the event is also stored. The first person has only had good experiences playing catch etc with dogs. All her memories of dogs have positive emotions stored with them. The second has had both good and bad experiences and has both negative and positive emotions stored in her dog file. The third person has only had experiences of being chased or bitten so only has negative emotions attached to their perception of dogs. There is no right or wrong in perception. There is only results. If you do not like the results you are getting in life then you must change your perception. Change in perception can only come about by releasing the negative emotions attached to old memories. Once this emotion is released then it is an easy process to change perception and thereby eliminate the stress causes.
