24.01.2022 Tranquilles paddock to plate philosophy is well on its way with the construction of our orchard and veggie patch. All the fruit trees in for jams and preserved fruit and we were also busy in the kitchen making our sausages for our brekkies. Next will be our bacon and ham.

16.01.2022 Well it was wet cold and windy outside yesterday for our first Soup Bread &Red Sunday lunch, but we had a hot bread, plenty of red, soup, roast and pud and a great blazing fire to keep us warm. 14.01.2022 Our Sri Lankan Cooking Class yesterday was a great success. Those who participated enjoyed a great fun day of cooking, eating, laughing and a very enjoyable lunch with wine and entertaining company of chef Kamal Shri Rucuoan.

12.01.2022 Our A La Carte Restaurant has now been going just over two weeks, and it certainly has met a need. We have had quite a few patrons return for meals, and very few negative comments.
