25.01.2022 We were over the moon to install this stunning stone bath in our client’s bathroom today in Turramurra. This gorgeous bath weighs a massive 168kg! A materials hoist was required to take it up to the 2nd storey & it took 4 men to carry in. We strengthened the bathroom floor prior to installation to ensure it could carry the bath’s weight! This is the en-suite bathroom in a full house renovation we are carrying out here in Turramurra, there’ll be more photos to share soon!

24.01.2022 Completed ensuite bathroom at our Hunters Hill project. This space used to have a wall down the middle dividing it into a small ensuite and a small wardrobe. We knocked out the wall to create a larger and more spacious ensuite for our clients. We then created 4 new wardrobes, as well as a whole lot of other work on this project including installation of beautiful new timber floorboards, spacious banquet seating, modifications to the kitchen and repainting the house. A stunning result for this room and some very happy clients.

19.01.2022 We’ve had a few calls today from prospective clients about the newly announced Homebuilder Scheme. If you’re eligible, it’s a great way to save $25K on your future home alteration or addition. To be eligible for the grant: - You must be an owner-occupier. This means you must live in the property you intend to apply for the grant for. - You must be over the age of 18.... - You must be an Australian citizen. - If you are single, you must have earn less than $125,000 per annum (this is based off your 2018 to 2019 tax return). - If you are a couple, you must earn less than $200,000 per annum (same tax return test). - Enter into a building contract between June 4, 2020 and December 31, 2020. It's only available for the latter half of this year. - If you are using the grant to build a new home as your main residence, the value of that property including land must not exceed $750,000. - If you are using the grant to renovate your existing home, the renovation contract must be valued between $150,000 and $750,000 and the value of your home prior to renovations must not be worth more than $1.5 million. Lots of info and it can be a bit confusing, but if you find you fit the criteria then applications for the grant will be handled via the relevant State or Territory revenue office in which you live. Hope this helps!

Sitting pretty against crisp subway tiling, a Carrara marble niche and Perrin & Rowe tapware.

13.01.2022 Progress shot of the kitchen at our Castle Cove project. This is a gorgeous two tone kitchen using a combination of crisp white polyurethane with Polytec Prime Oak cabinetry. Weve created a fixed highlight window above the cabinets to let the natural light flow through. Engineered timber floorboards are also being installed to tie the space together.

This door makes for a great feature on entry with its gorgeous natural colour and sitting pretty at 1200mm wide. This will open up to their newly renovated home that weve almost completed in time for our wonderful clients to enjoy this Christmas!

04.01.2022 We heard from one of our very happy previous clients, letting us know that their apartment in Clovelly that we renovated a year ago, fetched well over reserve at auction on Saturday! There was so much interest in the property that the auction was brought forward by 3 weeks. The auction attracted a crowd of 50. Our lovely clients bought their apartment in 2011 for $837,500. We renovated it for them in 2019 and it sold at auction on the weekend for $1,715,000 - well above the r...eserve!
