25.01.2022 One of the final jobs for the year. And god it’s a good one. WTF808 808 wagon.... PP 20B. Billet sandwich. X42R 6 x 2200’s Fully built 1.8 glide. 5500 converter. Shorted hilux diff with the goods. Tuned on a Motec gold box. Absolutely awesome fab done by Spot-On back in the day. Coming in with a sad tune, blown t6 gasket, blown dump pipe gasket, crushed fuel filter and two blocked pumps, oh and a throttle body that opened 40% of the way, she was in a sad state. After a bunch of labour, and some serious fiddling. We got it sorted and spun it up on the dyno to check it over and retuned it to suit. Running 24/25psi, the big rotary laid some big numbers that should easily put it into the single digits at the strip. At under 1000kg, running a big converter, on 235mm Mickey’s, the owner is definitely going to have his hands full!
25.01.2022 Turned up the wick on Josh’s MX5 with the new 6 speed. Gtx3076 6 speed. Rod only NA8 bottom end.... NA head with studs and gasket. Link G4 434rwhp at 28psi.
24.01.2022 Kym’s weapon up on the dyno for some action. LS T400 Atlas twin transfer.... Haltech elite. IC7 On 37’s 320rwhp - just a test motor for chassis setup before the big dog goes in. Absolutely awesome.
23.01.2022 Guess who’s back. Back again. Falcons back.... Flex plate gonna fall off again. - or something like that. In all seriousness hearing the in house built fully built Barra fire into life after its rebuild was an awesome feeling. Previously laying down 1150+rwhp turned up and running 150+mph on a test pass on gate pressure. We’re obviously very excited to see it back in action. Watch this space.
23.01.2022 Unfortunately buying cars and taking the last owners assurances on mods isn’t always the best policy! This falcon came in for its tune and unfortunately the last owners assurance it had valve springs was incorrect as it started to break up just over 13psi - out the door on gate pressure for now. Back soon for studs/springs.
23.01.2022 Big congrats to Blake’s first time EVER at the drags, not just in this car. But literally his first ever time going, driven to and from the track. Unfortunately dropped a clamp off a cooler pipe somewhere along the run and boost dropped down to 19.7psi from its usual 30, however the car still ran a 9.9 at 140mph with the stock bottom end 26 singing its song! Awesome night!
21.01.2022 Huge week doing powercruise prep on this VL race car, finishing at 11pm Friday night. Converted from gtx4094 to T51R T6 manifold. 4 port boost controller.... New lines throughout. 3.5 inch sidepipe. 4 inch intake. 2.5 inch and 3 inch cooler pipes. Nitrous setup. 304 degree camshaft. Boxed rear control arms. Adjustable upper arms. Retune to suit. Previously making 520rwhp and running a 9.8 second pass with traction issues. I’m keen to see what he can do with an extra 300rwhp and the ability to dial in the rear end. Comfortably running down high 8 second cars at powercruise while still having wheel spin. I’d say it’s got a comfortable 8 second pass in it no drama’s!
21.01.2022 Probably one of my favourite jobs to finish off the year. When Jehd messages me it’s always hey bro I’ve got ... that’s about 3.5mm off the ground, I wanna run a 9 inch exhaust and it needs to get onto the dyno and in typical tradition, this S14 fit the bill perfectly. Coming in with a busted clutch, busted 1920’s spec turbo, busted exhaust, and Apexi potato FC. We set about turning this thing into something awesome.... Gtx3076 Gen 2 Pulsar turbo. Coated 6 boost manifold. 45mm hypergate. 3 inch stainless system. 50mm stainless gate tube. Stainless cooler pipes. 4 inch stainless intake. Braided oil feed. Hardline oil drain. Haltech Elite 1500. 1150cc injectors. Walbro 460. Billet overflow. Catch can. 6 puk button clutch with billet flywheel. Enlarged sump. Greddy Profec B Cammed/VCT delete/studded SR20. Tuned in house, banging out 408rwhp on moderate boost on pump E85, this things absolutely wild. Amazing difference, car now has the power and engine bay to match the exterior. 21.01.2022 Having previously made north of 750awhp on 45psi. The white evo is coming apart for some changes, namely ones that will allow it to actually change gears at its 9500rpm rev limit. Very excited to see the second iteration of this already very very fast car.

20.01.2022 Back to basics this morning. 18c2 China 35 Custom manifold.... Hondata. 1000’s AEM 340. E85. 220fwhp on 5.5psi, and the clutch said no more. Keen to see what it’ll do with 11psi when the customer fits a clutch that’ll cop it.
20.01.2022 Luke’s immaculate XR6T in for a ZF tune and motor tune, also supply/fit 1150cc injectors. Making around the 450rwhp mark on the limit of the stock springs. Car sounds awesome with its new 4 inch stainless exhaust!
20.01.2022 Greg’s Charger on the rollers once again after cutting/modding the turbo outlet to clear the radiator fans and fabbing a 3 inch stainless charge pipe. 408 cube stroker. Alloy heads. Pulsar S480... Fitech fuel. MSD boost retard ignition control. Twin 45mm gates. 13psi, 698rwhp on E85 through the Powerglide. Mint!
19.01.2022 Good gains on a totally standard Mark 7 R. Excuse the wavy power curve, these things have a bit of rock on the rollers. Back for a downpipe, high pressure pump and retune shortly!

Twin Pulsar GTX3584’s 2200cc’s on E85 T56 Twin plate. 9 inch. Motor built by Michael Golinskiperformance Fab by Full Throttle. Tuned by us. Gate pressure. And high boost. Which really isn’t that high. What a Friday!
18.01.2022 Had a blast of a time banging out a tune on this octane XR6T today. Customer brought it down from Bundaberg for us. Golinski performance fully built Barra. Procharge 67mm with the pro 9 blade upgrade. 2200cc injectors.... Twin 044 surge. Manual with a Mal Wood clutch. 4 inch turboback. 50mm external gate. Built shaft. 4.11 built diff. On and off the dyno a couple of times to rectify some fuel system drama’s. Then banged out a stout 784rwhp at 26/27psi on pump E85. Off to Bundaberg for a few changes then back on the rollers for a bit more boost. Awesome result for a stock manifold, stock frame turbo.

16.01.2022 So the big girl took a trip to the track last night. Unfortunately on a test pass, DJ managed to get booted out. Came off the trans brake at 3500rpm, spun, dropped the throttle, got back onto it, clicked second at 5500rpm (revs to 7700) and coasted through to a 9.6 at 142mph.... Dang! Oh well, couple of safety mods and round two.
16.01.2022 Every now and then we get to actually work on our own cars at the shop. Naturally, this ones a falcon. The headlines are as follows.... 5.9 litre stroker. F2 procharger. Dog box. 9 inch on a 4 link. Single nitrous fogger. Unfortunately a miscalculation on pulley sizes meant 27psi at 5200rpm and although the motor in this car is built well, 7500rpm was going to be a no-go. Interested to see how it goes with a re-pulley and an upgrade to an Aeromotive 3.5 instead of the current twin 460’s which are well past maxed out.
15.01.2022 Recently finished up a close friends CV8R Monaro. Major fuel system revamp, new 50mm turbosmart gate, fresh spark plugs (4 hours later), leads, coils, and injector clean out, and making the swap to E85 were on the menu after the vehicle was making less than desirable power with the setup how it was. CV8R Monaro.... Unopened LS1 with an NA grind cam. Built 4L80E with 2800 converter. 1000cc injectors. Twin 044’s with braided hose. MSD coils. 4 inch exhaust with cutout. Turbosmart 50mm gate. GT42 Proboost turbo. Eboost street. Making north of 600rwhp on 14psi with a super soft timing curve due to a faulty knock sensor. Be good to see it back in the near future for knock sensors, O2 sensors. A little bit more boost and a more aggressive timing map. Absolute killer car! With a passionate owner.

14.01.2022 John’s F6 up on the rollers with its new motor. Spool I beam rods. CP pistons. Pin upgrade. Atomic pump.... Atomic chain. Cometic gasket. ARP studs. Pac springs. New 3582 replacement. 430hp on run in on the gate. If your motor needs a refresh or an upgrade. Don’t hesitate to make contact.
14.01.2022 Jake’s LOWEK back up on the dyno with its new setup. Fully built B frank. Built B18C2 bottom end with a cammed and modified B16A head. New manifold.... Pulsar Gen 2 GTX3076. 38mm turbosmart gate. 2200cc injectors. 3 inch stainless dump. Stainless wastegate tube. Couple of new fittings here and there. The GTX3076 T3 is replacing the old GTX3582 T4 that was on the car. Peak boost is 1200rpm earlier and the power band absolutely rocks. Keen to get everything settled in and turn it up a little more down the track.
13.01.2022 Had Matt’s car up on the dyno for some button pushing action after a fairly quick but fairly stout build. Stock, yes stock, LPG long block. Head studs. Valve springs.... 6 boost mani. Gtx3584RS Pulsar 1.01 V band. 1400cc injectors. Twin 525’s. 23psi. 751rwhp.
13.01.2022 The big 1JZ in the house. DJZ fabrications built 1JZ. From what I understand is rods only, and 272’s. If you want anything JZ, Derek is the man to see. Literally lives and breathes these things. Proboost 3584... 2200cc injectors. Twin Peirburgs. Haltech. 27/28psi. 8300rpm.

11.01.2022 Finished up this 2.3 litre Evo 7 after a few little dramas from previous workmanship and tuning. Fitted a Haltech Elite plug in, repaired some fuel system errors, and gave it a retune to suit the motor/mods. Punching out a mega responsive mid 400 number on around 29/30psi, this car will be a weapon on the roads.... Keen to see it back for a GTX3584, manifold, 3.5 inch exhaust, and retune in the new year.
11.01.2022 After 15 days of work the big dog is finally out on the streets. All built, fabbed, wired, plumbed, and tuned in house. What started as a fairly simple job unfortunately ended up being more than we bargained for with some previous workmanship being VERY poor. So I’ll just blurt out the details and you can work out there rest. ... Built LQ9, CP 4.005 billets, Spool I beams, ported 241’s, ARP cam bolts. ARP main studs, ARP balancer bolt, ARP head bolts, ARP flywheel bolts. ARP rocker bolts, mellings pump. Big cam, and all the usuals. Built totally in house. 4L80E, full built, 3200rpm stall, built in house. Castle main 9 inch solid rear end, Viking 2 inch travel double adjustables. 4 piston wilwoods, custom cables, custom lines. 8 piston front brakes with 355mm 2 piece billet hat rotors. Haltech Elite with custom harness. Piggy backed over the stock ecu which runs the gearbox and interior stuff. Pulsar billet wheel S400 series turbo. Turbosmart 50mm gate with Aeroflow beenie. Eboost2 Twin 525 Raceworks surge, all custom braided lines front to back. Odessy battery on Aeroflow tray relocated into the boot. Aeroflow blow off valve. Custom stitched beenie to clear wastegate. 4.5 inch dump into full stainless exhaust with Varex muffler. All stainless cooler pipes. 2200cc injectors on raceworks rails. Hardy Spicer built 1350 series billet shaft. Full VZ radiator conversion. Evo 52mm digital gauges. Currently on around 5psi at gate pressure making 586rwhp for the break in period. Ready to be turned up once she’s all bedded in. It’s been fun. But I’m ready for a weekend of sitting down.
11.01.2022 Had Lèmon back in for some work before going out to the track Sunday. In house built 5.4. Massively ported cobra heads. MMR cams.... Twin 68mm throttle body. Borrowed the plenum off our shop Ute. 4 inch stainless intake. Long tubes. Twin 2.5’s. Zex nitrous kit. Tuned on the BA ECU on E85. 456rwhp NA at 7100rpm. 600rwhp bottle at 6600rpm. Time for a high comp short block and some more RPM :)
11.01.2022 Even the most minor mods can make a mess of a standard tune. Had this immaculate caprice in for a tune with nothing but a 4 inch MAF and intake tube. And muffler deletes. With the air speed change over the MAF the power curve was properly rubbish and the air fuels were bonkers to match.... After a proper tidy up of the tune and a healthy dose of timing to suit the fuel choice. It’s making the numbers it should!
10.01.2022 Had this WRX in after being built at another shop for its run in tune. It’s amazing how well combo’s work when they’re properly put together with a good match of parts. This is a Nitto 2.5 short block with a set of 20K heads. On a MTA turbo, on 10psi on 98 octane producing over 200awkw, full boost at 3700rpm currently.... Very keen for 30+psi and E85
10.01.2022 Few of our bigger cars went out for a play on the weekend. Scott’s yellow R34, built 25NEO, Jatco 4 speed, GTX3582R on around 33psi. Blake’s Black R32, SBE 26. Gtx3584RS. Powerglide. On around 27psi. ... Kevin’s evo 6.5 - precision built 4G, 6466, manual, on around 37-38psi. And our shop Lexus - RB25 NEO, 76mm, powerglide, 24psi. Was a great track session as always. Keen for the next one.
10.01.2022 WIHOO up on the dyno with a new fuel system for some touch up’s. Built 25DET Built box. 3582 true twin scroll with twin gates.... Vipec. E85. 3 inch exhaust (unfortunately) Rolling in with 517rwhp and a very lazy curve, rolling out with a flat 600+rwhp peaking at 666rwhp, 26.5psi, 8400rpm. Unfortunately a few issues to address and it’ll be back to turn the nitrous on.
10.01.2022 Ran up XRP16 on the gate to stretch the legs on the new motor. Nice soft ramp. 910rwhp at 7200rpm. In house built Barra.... In house ported head. 309 degree cams. Gtxlarge Haltech. Glide. 9 inch. Ain’t nothing to it but to do it.
10.01.2022 Had Keegan’s Evo 7 up on the dyno for some action today. Built 2 litre. FP Green. 1200cc injectors.... 525 Walbro. Link G4. Making north of 450awhp with full boost in the mid 4000rpm range this thing sure will be a hoot on the road!

Punching out over 400hp and weighing as much as a tissue box. This ones always a riot. Few more changes to come. Then we’ll really put the wind up it.
08.01.2022 Not a bad view. Plenty of fabrication in this one! Apologies if I’m behind with messenger at the moment. The weeks leading up to powercruise are absolutely flat out for us with plenty of BIG power cars coming through the shop for generally fairly serious upgrades. As soon as we’re all caught up I’ll get on top of it.
08.01.2022 A loyal customers IS300 build coming to a close. G&T built 2J Glide. Promod GTX3584RS pulsar, T51R modded.... On Autronic with HEC coils. Hoping to see some good numbers out of this!
08.01.2022 Had Luke’s big FG in for a head refresh and some dyno action this week. The head got a reco with some new gears, lifters, and rockers and a good hot wash. And then we tuned it on the new GTX42 setup knocked up from Doug at Fabworx, smashing out full boost at 4300rpm the big barra spooled the 42 up easy thanks to some smart manifold design. ... The specs! Stock F6 motor. Head studs. Springs. Atomic chain setup and pump. 1650’s Twin 460’s TR6060 with a twin plate. Gtx42 proboost. Doug’s promod manifold. Stock ECU on HP tuners as always. Ended up turning it down to 730rwhp in the interests of motor longevity as Luke is capable of breaking pretty much anything.
08.01.2022 After being out on the road for quite some time we brought the 6.5 Tommi Mac in for a checkover and a power run or 5. After a brief spanner check we locked it down hard with 4 straps and gave it a couple of pulls to confirm everything’s as it should be, and we turned it up a little. Precision built 2 litre with the catalogue. GTX3584RS Sheepy forward facing manifold.... 3.5 inch exhaust. Plazzy plenum. 2200cc injectors Twin 460’s. Running 43.5psi of boost, and using 92% of the 2200cc injectors the car laid down a bit over 750awhp at 9500rpm. No issues to report from a car that we put together quite a while ago now. The car is an absolute credit to its owner, who keeps it in amazing condition and drives it well.
07.01.2022 Flat out day of wiring on the LS swapped 86. Steering is working. Dash is mostly functional, push button start is alive with the clutch lockout all setup. LOTS of custom Can config to get it to this point so far on the Emtron KV8. Got the fuel pump wired up along with some mods to the drive by wire harness, next up is the fans and a general once over and then onto the dyno we go! Can’t wait to hear this thing sing.

06.01.2022 Another flat out week in the shop. Cars in, cars out, plenty of custom stuff and plenty of big power cars doing their thing. Bringing us to the point where we need to start looking for another mechanic to spread the workload - if you are, or know of somebody who is a top shelf mechanic, capable of doing what you’re told, preferably experienced in the performance industry (but not essential) and you’d be interested in joining the team. 06.01.2022 Twin turbo LS stroker on the dyno today, few minor issues, back on the dyno tomorrow with a new fuel line and some other tires. Very keen to see what it’ll end up making having already made north of 800 on minimal boost.
06.01.2022 And after standing for a long time, Anthony’s XR5 focus FWD power record has been replaced. Had Yusef’s civic in for a good going over including manifold repairs, a new 3 inch stainless dump, valve relash, general spanner check (everything had shaken itself loose) and a retune to suit the mods. With a bunch of wheelspin the grout filled B20 stroker banged out 631fwhp before being turned down to around 550fwhp with boost by gear setup to try and get that power to the ground.... Wild!
06.01.2022 Just a bit of a read for anybody interested. It’s genuinely in your best interests to make sure everything is spot on, with your vehicle, prior to your tune, and if you’re unsure about anything, just ask - we generally allocate a set amount of time to a vehicle’s tuned based on its ecu - and what type of car it is - that allocated time can quickly double if you’ve got incorrectly gapped plugs, wrong fuel pressure, a blocked fuel filter, and a loose fan belt. Which will push o...ur already packed schedule back even further. A few messages back and forth prior to the tune, can save a bunch of headaches on the dyno, and a bunch of money on your end. We’re happy to help, in store, online, or on the phone, just touch base and we’ll do whatever we can to get things going smooth, from when you arrive, to when you drive out.

06.01.2022 Had Duane’s large orange in today for a tidy up to suit the new GTX3582 core after he worked out sending it on the old tune probably wasn’t going to benefit the straightness of his rods. Built Barra. BTR.... 22psi on 98 octane. Converter dump to 3500 then lockup. Hence the ironing board curve. Always a fun car to have on the rollers!
06.01.2022 Kym’s buggie all finished off. Changed from an elite 2000 to a 2500 to run the LS/t400/atlas combo. Full Haltech list in this one, making good use of the test motor until the big one goes in.

05.01.2022 Finally got some free time and gave the XR8 a little shove with the twin gtx3584 setup. 1151rwhp off bottle and the clutch decided it would be happy with a participation award rather than first place. With another 7psi and some gas left to go, very interested to see what it’ll make properly wound up!

The big built Barra laying down the goods as always. 780rwhp on gate pressure. 1013rwhp on around 30psi. 309 degree cams and the GTXfortybig doing their jobs nicely. A long way down from our usual 1170rwhp number, however the aim of the game is rolling traction, keen to see how it goes!... Absolutely flat out week at the shop!
03.01.2022 Kicking it old school. A car I’ve had a lot of involvement with for a number of years came in for a run in tune to suit its new big small block. 408 cube Mopar stroker.... Gtx40 frame turbo. Powerglide. 9 inch. Fitech fuel control. MSD ignition control. E85. All the herbs, majority of the spices. Almost 500rwhp on less boost than a gust of wind. Great fun!

02.01.2022 Had our resident big boy back in for a quick dyno touch up and some cam gear adjustments. Making just north of 1100rwhp through a powerglide and 9 inch. We expect to see some decent action out at powercruise next weekend!
01.01.2022 Big thanks to JW Racing for the dyno day! Took the yellow banana down for a power run, unfortunately the turbo wasn’t enjoying itself and didn’t want to make more than 28psi, however 765rwhp through an auto on a GTX35, we’re over the moon. Good result! Good day! Awesome fun!
01.01.2022 We recently finished Andre’s DC2R After running ‘questionably’ for a fairly long period, we decided to pull the motor down and fix a number of issues we suspected to be inside, the previous tune was 26+ degrees on 98 octane so I expected the worst, however with just two cracked pistons and some hammered bearings, it was all pretty okay! We rebuilt the motor with Eagle rods, CP billet pistons, ACL race bearings, a press fit block guard, shimmed oil pump, a genuine Honda gask...et kit, BC cams, skunk gears, ARP head studs and a fresh valve lash adjustment. The old T04E setup was pretty sad so we knocked up a GTX3076 Ramhorn setup, with a 38mm turbosmart gate, 3 inch down pipe, and a 40mm gate tube. 1250cc injectors and a 525 were fitted and the hondata was tuned to suit. Also fitted was a 5 puk clutch to help handle the power. On a soft run in tune with minimal mid range timing the Honda laid down 460fwhp on the gate.
