24.01.2022 There has never been a better time than now to start. Getting into training is always an intimidating experience for new clients and members. Now more so than ever after most of us have been literally locked away for 12+ weeks. With gyms and studios re-opening across Victoria next as of next week people will be flocking back in masses (20 at a time) to sharped up their iso-bodies and slowly return back to structured routines and the new norm. As coaches, we must take eve...rything into consideration whether it is starting a new client or resuming an old client. It is important to pre-screen, assess, and redefine each session to assure the client is moving optimally and avoid risking injury. Our approach does that through movement prep pre session, exercise analysis and feedback in session, and assigning homework to advance their progress for future sessions. Our ongoing goal is to educate each client and arm them with the knowledge and confidence that can be applied for many years to come whether it is in the gym, kitchen, or lifestyle. See more
22.01.2022 REOPENING 22nd June - book your sessions in for next weeks start Its been a long 3 months for many of us with the COVID-19 restrictions turning our lives upside down but the future is looking bright with many restrictions being eased off at a rapid rate. As you already might be aware the government has given the health and fitness industry the thumbs up to reopen doors and begin operating as of 22nd of June. We are required to adhere to the basic 1.5 social dista...ncing guidelines and hygiene protocols which will be in place. Everybody is also required to bring their own towel. If you are excited to return back to training like us please contact us to confirm your PT bookings for next weeks start. We have a limited number of spots available for newbies wanting to get started. We look to forward to getting you back in action with your health and fitness journey. I’m sure many will have a few iso kgs to drop. If you need more information of the restrictions imposed upon the return let me know and I’d be happy to touch base next week for a quick chat. 14.01.2022 Dear members and clients, As a result of the recent announcement made by the Australian Government, all gyms are to be in temporary lockdown as of midday today, the 23rd of March. For the first time since we opened at the beginning of 2009, Transcend Health and Fitness @ King Club will be temporarily closing its doors for the safety of everyone, as directed by the Government. We will be closely monitoring announcements from the Australian Government and updating clients abo...ut new information as we know since we operate as a personal training provider with the primary focus on delivering private one on one sessions. We thank you for your support during this time and hope we can open our doors again soon. We will get through this, we are all in this together and eventually things will return back to normality in good time. In the meantime, be kind to one another, helpful, present and most importantly stay healthy and safe.
