25.01.2022 Starting a ten day training today with 4 new up and coming colon therapists. This is intensive work covering a huge range of material . Along with this the students are also going on their own healing journey, physically and emotionally as they are also receiving a colonic each day. So for me as their teacher I have to be in a space that I can hold and support this journey providing a safe environment to not only learn but heal. So my go to when I need energy. Juicing. This ...morning starting off with some watermelon, (only ever do watermelon in the am) lime and rosemary. The other juices will be green, no fruit other than a little green apple if I feel need it. Giving my body high level nutrition that is easy to digest when I do this work is a must. 21.01.2022 Trying to define the colonics we do at bottom’s up and what I teach has not been easy. Of course there are lots of good therapists who use all different types of techniques. What I have attempted to do is bring it into the modern age, make it some thing that is transparent, something that can be spoken about. To see that the gut is connected to all of our body, it determines our immune strength along with healing cellular memory, this in itself heals the body. Having a colonic is a lot more than just getting rid of poop. It’s the connection to self that I am interested in. Healing self. Taking responsibility for this. What we end up calling this ? Wait and see. But know your body is an alchemist, it’s freakin amazing. Start to feel it, love it, and trust it.

20.01.2022 Naibi medicine. Water medicine. We know through the work of Dr Emoto that water is a conduit of energy. It carries information, it is affected by vibration. When we are learning about closed colonics we understand this and how it affects our practice.

19.01.2022 Whatever your teachings and beliefs I send you today many blessings, hoping you have had the opportunity to spend time with family/friends/community. Many have not been able to. Our current climate certainly makes us consider what is important and what is not. My prayer is that when you make your decisions in the coming weeks and months that you are making these decisions with your next 7 generations freedom in mind . The same freedom we have lived with and taken for granted.

Instead going to China and getting whatever cheap plastic kit they have with no safety checks, and devises , well thats just concerning. Why in the same breath do we want to be recognised but than go onto Groupon and sell sessions for $50? Does this industry wish to continue in the laundry of... peoples homes, in back sheds using whatever with no safety checks. Is it not possible to charge the consumer another $10 per session to ensure their safety? $20 even? Is it not possible for therapists in this industry to value this sacred therapy and themselves? I wonder what it will take for people to understand. See more

08.01.2022 In the world of colon hydrotherapy and gut health we still have a lot we dont know. In fact with the body in total there is a lot we still dont know. When I started in this field it was thought we had a couple of hundred good bacteria. Now we now we have thousands and in fact our microbial species weighs as much as out liver, In fact it is been spoken of as an organ. Not only this we now know they have a DNA their own genealogy and dare I say psychology. They eat, poop and... like to live in community just like us. We still have a long way to go.Just as this slide shows. What we thought was mucus now turns out to be what has been named rope worm. It has a life cycle that can be measured. Rope worm is seen as a species that has come from our extensive use of GMO foods. As we have only a few years ago discovered a lymphatic sheath to the brain, i believe we are just at the tip of the ice burg of the world within. As a colon therapist we sit daily and see things released that our logical brain cant make sense of. However in seeing this time and time again and looking at other variables and research we do and can start to put puzzle together. Please note though that if you are using any cleansing products that have a bulking or drawing effect, such as psyllium and clay this will reduce your ability to identify a parasite, rather you are seeing a lot of product. In our technique we see the parasite release in the first 15 minutes before any faecal matter starts to pass. Using products alone and "killing off " parasites runs the high risk of auto-intoxication and further illness and /or the parasites retreating further into the cells. See more
