Traditional diets focus solely on the number on the scale with most of the weight loss coming from water and muscle. My system is different because it concentrates on the loss of body fat. My approach emphasises obtaining a healthy body composi...tion to increase the amount of muscle vs. fat (muscle dictates metabolism).
