Close your eyes and imagine the successful and positive way your day unfolds. Acknowledge what was good about the day and make a point by telling your friends and family. The mind forms memories through experiences, so every time you 'repeat' a story (good or bad) re-affirms the event and re-enforces the emotions attached to it. Repeat... every good event to others! Relive the 'feel good' feelings. Acknowledge every good positive event that happens - repeat and 'blow them way out of proportion', FEEL the Feelings! Live them, Love them, make them a part of you!
