24.01.2022 Self-care doesn't have to be complicated, structured or routine. It just needs to be consistent! Pick one thing. Make it easy. Pick a time, make it easy.... Then just do it, every day.

21.01.2022 One of my biggest lessons has been patience. And it still is it seems. Even now, when I feel I've reached a point in my life where I have rather large reserves of patience, it's being tested...still!!... I'm waiting, with patience, for my Healy device to arrive. But as I learn more about it and some of the things people are using it for, and the results they are getting, impatience is creeping in. I can't wait for mine to arrive so I can test it out!! My initial interest is its effect on fibromyalgia, skeletal pain and migraine, and additional support for depression, anxiety and sleep disorders. You can see why my ears pricked up! 08.01.2022 When I first started Reiki, back in 2010, the thing that really struck me was its softness. There’s a quality of softness that gently enfolds you and steadily builds space around and within you. You feel like you can finally draw a deep breath a sigh of relief. It’s like your Soul finds its way to connect with you.... And then I noticed the softness of Reiki making its way into my environment. I could feel the gentleness of Reiki in my family home, in my close relationships. It is so subtle and beautiful, and it builds and builds. My teacher told me that Reiki is a gift. And so it is. A gift to give first to yourself, and then to those around you. I am blessed that Reiki crossed my path.
