18.01.2022 #HAPPYTUESDAY exciting moment for Gillian who got to tick off her goal today! 50kg on squats When Gillian started with me she said let’s think of a crazy goal, she gave me the impression that she thought she’d never be able to reach 50kg on squats. Well guess what, she did today!! First attempt at them and did pretty damn awesome! I could not be prouder squatted more than her body weight as well, incredible strength She also did deadlifts for the first time today and reached 30kg! Extremely proud PT over here!
