Unless you are going to work or school and can’t work remotely. Shopping for food and essentials If you need to go out for medical needs or the care of others For exercise Existing rules around 10 people at funerals and 5 people at weddings still apply If you are over 70 you should stay at home and self-isolate as much as practical. This also extends to people over 60, and indigenous persons over 50 who have existing health conditions. Let’s work together to stop the spread #staysafe
