I am not even going to attempt to count how many times I have tried the "clean eating and no alcohol" discipline. Nailing it right now. I have read that it takes 21-66 days to form a habit. It depends on which study you read. Well I am not the most patient of people, so I prefer the #Mel Robbins approach with the #5 second rule - 5 ,4,3,2,1 do it. So the next winning mindset of an #Entrepreneur/L...eader is; No. 2 Discipline. Not a popular contender by all means, so how do we get this one beat? One action - Start with the things that are enjoyable and easy for you to achieve. As you get more disciplined with these move incrementally on to harder tasks. Set a phone alarm if necessary. Todays 4 winning mindsets of an Entrepreneur/Leader; No. 4 - #Brave. When she decided to pack her bags and her 3 year old daughter in search of a career in the U.S. and had $230 to her name.... No. 5 - #Self-belief. When she was told that some people in the #musicindustry would not be interested in her music she kept going and went on to win many music titles and awards. No. 6 - #Determined. She got up every morning before her first contest on TV (Band Stand) and said to herself "Helen Reddy you are going to win that contest." #Manifesting her destiny.
