05.01.2022 Completeing our rhythm section is drummer Steve Wright. With many years’ experience as a session musician across a broad spectrum of the entertainment industry, Steve has been a regular performer from the Gold Coast to Nth Qld and internationally. In 2018 Steve was rewarded for his dedication to drumming with a Bosphorus Cymbals endorsement courtesy of Pro Music Australia.... In 2016 Steve was invited to perform at the international music festival EUROPAfest held in the East European city of Bucharest with a band led by Israeli Australian jazz pianist Dan Papirany. In 2019 Steve has been invited back to EUROPAfest to perform with Dan once again and also this time with Italian pianist Gabriele Agosta. Whether it's Jazz, Soul, Funk or Blues, Steve brings to Transit an established reputation for reliability, professionalism and quality of performance.
