16.01.2022 At Train Stations if you accidently tag for a "continuation" after completing your journey - you will be charged $5.00 the next time you use it. Tagging your card again after registering a transfer will undo the transfer. When it comes up with a fare of $0.00, this is the cancel/tag off.
15.01.2022 A transfer must be made within one hour of your previous tag off. To avoid paying an extra fare, sometimes it is handy just to flag down a bus and ride it one stop to extend your transfer duration ;)
03.01.2022 If you believe you have being overcharged for a journey, remember that you can also request an adjustment of the fare online at https://www.seqits.com.au/webtix/ This is useful for avoiding being put on hold to the call centre!
