22.01.2022 Most couples who have been planning a wedding during pandemic times have opted to either postpone their plans, or continue with their plans and adapt to whatever restrictions necessary for their day to go ahead. Tahlia & Kieran... well, they undertook option 2, but actually brought their wedding forward! Initially scheduled for February 2021, they scaled back their wedding to an intimate celebration of 15, all comprising of family only and were married today in what was a bea...utifully overcast day in seaside Kiama. The rain held, the conditions were perfect, and their new wedding date couldn't have suited them better. With a few wedding day nerves, they were soon subsided when they were hand in hand at the alter, where they were married by Merinda Richardson Civil Celebrant earlier this afternoon at The Sebel Harbourside Kiama. Today's date holds significance to them too, as today not only celebrates 4 years of their relationship, but also exactly one year of being engaged also! 12th November 2020 is now the 3rd milestone to follow on with the 12th November tales in their relationship, now signifying their marriage. www.translucentphotography.com [email protected]

20.01.2022 "You can plan everything but the weather". I feel I say this phrase on a near-daily basis! This afternoon was a great example of this phrase coming to fruition. We had a perfect 27C day, barely a cloud in the sky, no breeze. This afternoon's sunset session was looking to be amazing. However, nature had other plans and those clear skies rapidly came across grey and gloomy adding in gale force southerly winds and a few spats of rain. Jeremy & Georgia handled the elements in ...their engagement session this afternoon like absolute troopers, and I had so much fun hanging out with them! During the warmer months, the time of sunset usually falls once the reception is well underway, usually around the time of starving bellies becoming satisfied and glasses being charged for impending speeches.
