21.01.2022 C4 Full Manual Valve Body Forward Pattern with Engine Braking. We can set the Line Pressure from 180-260psi depending on the application. Billet Transbrake Versions are at the CNC shop. These will again be Forward Pattern with Engine Braking and Transbrake in 1st and 2nd Gears.
20.01.2022 Just finished Dyno-ing this 1500hp JW Cased Powerglide to suit RB. Bell Housing will be a Torque Power Unit. The choice to use the SFI JW Case was based upon nil Reid Racing Stock. Torque Power make RB to Powerglide with either Pump Mount or Reid flange Mount.
20.01.2022 C6 Forward Pattern Full Manual Valve Body. We offer Fixed Line Pressure and Vacuum Line Pressure Control- better suited for Big Cube NA Cruisers. They feature Engine Braking along with correctly timed 2-3 Shifts. And yes- I need to work on my Photo Skills........ Lucky the product works.....
19.01.2022 Finally started on AJ's 4L80E Reid Cased Build. It has lots of goodies including CK Performance Maraging Input & Main Shafts, ProMOD Intermediate Sprag Assembly and one of our Custom Automatic Transbrake Valve Bodies.
17.01.2022 There has been a run on Powerglides over the last few weeks. We have been sitting on a load of Powerglide Cores for a while so it was time to make numerous Spiders homeless.
17.01.2022 Powerglide and TH180 (Trimatic) Transbrake Solenoids. Finally the Prototypes have been made and tested. These are 100% AUS made and feature: High Temp Wire spooled on a Bronze Spindle with Bakelite Ends- No Plastic to melt and distort Easily Dismantled for Servicing- Replacement Coils are $110.00 each.

16.01.2022 Just completed the latest order of Powerglide Valve Bodies, ready for shipment to Melbourne. All are tested and have the Line Pressure set for each particular application.
16.01.2022 Just been confirmed our order for used Powerglides and 4L80Es are being packed in the US now. Due here in 6-8 weeks.
15.01.2022 Just retested this 4L80E. It have been sitting completed for several days and I wanted to confirm if we have sorted out the Cold Line Pressure Stability related to Reverse. Its an 850hp Automatic Model with Transbrake. Whilst the Transbrake is functional- its no way a Bracket Brake and limited use is Stressed. The poor Old Direct Clutch cops a beating just like every other 3 speed.
15.01.2022 Apparently I need to take Photos and post information of what we have been up to so........ We finally finished testing the Transbrake Versions of the C4 Post 70 Valve Bodies for street use. They are Forward Pattern with Engine Braking in 1st expect on the 1st or 2nd Transbrake model. Reverse is Automatic and these Valve Bodies correctly time the 2-3 Shift.... We say street use as the Solenoid is Internal and the Valving is somewhat restrictive. We have Billet Units ready to go on the CNC but at $1,400.00 plus I need your Core- I dont expect any takers. 2nd Photo is TH400 Cores awaiting modification. Apart from our Forward Pattern Full Manuals, our Forward Pattern Transbrake Units are very popular. They have Engine Braking, Automatic Reverse, Neutral Safe (Only when the Engine is running). They also set fast and release. Last photo is the latest Batch of Powerglides to arrive. They are all full of water, heavily corroded and most are missing Valve Bodies. These units are getting so hard to acquire so fresh virgins are no more. It going to easier and cheaper to buy a complete rebuilt unit from the states and update here before molesting it on the dyno.
15.01.2022 Finally arrived in Adelaide. Just some of the bits and pieces yet to be unpacked and placed away. I expect to be up and running by next week.
15.01.2022 Due to a lack of SFI cases, I had to hack off a perfectly good CHEV Bell Housing and install a Dellow BARRA Unit. Based upon a Transmission Specialties ProLine 5500, I almost dare young Jack to hurt this unit.
14.01.2022 TH400 Transbrake Valve Body- Forward Pattern P-R-N-3-2-1 with Engine Braking and Neutral Safe. Being installed into an RB Powered VL Commodore.

10.01.2022 Just finishing Pressure Testing our Street/ Strip Transbrake Powerglide Valve Body. Features Automatic Reverse Engagement and the correct Line Pressure to suit the application. With Pressures above 200psi- we also supply a calibrated Low Servo Spring.

08.01.2022 4L80E to suit Ford 6. This Transmission will be rated to 1500hp and feature Tip Tronic Shifting with Engine Braking and Transbrake. Tripple Plate Lock Up Torque Converter.
08.01.2022 Our 3 year old Superflow Axiline Transmission Dyno just arrived from the US. It will take some time to set up and school ourselves into using it correctly. Big thanks to Gonzo for all his help.
06.01.2022 Heres the latest import from Transmission Specialties out the US of A. Based upon the Pro-Line 5000, we update this Transmission to suit Blown Burnout Applications. We add in: Bolt In Stator Tube along with Ringless Maraging Input Shaft Steel Drum 10 Pack Clutch with extra Friction clearance,... Torque Converter Feed and most importantly Torque Converter Pressure Regulation Circuit set at 50psi: and Several Lubrication Modifications. Although not needed, the Transbrake Valve Body does not require the Transbrake Button to be activated to engage Reverse Gear. We also strongly believe the use of an SFI Case with Scatter Shielding is a must with any Burnout Car. See more
06.01.2022 JATCO RE4 Series Forward Pattern Full Manual Valve Body. We offer either Electrical 4th Gear (for a Direct Retro fit into the Nissan Patrol) or Manual 4th Gear. Both have Engine Braking in all Gears and Lockup Torque Converter Function. Also available is a Transbrake Valve Body.
06.01.2022 The Boys in Greece have now run back to back 8.2@ 170mph with their Subaru/ 4EAT Combination. We supplied various Transaxle components along with some technical advise.
03.01.2022 Customer just sent through Dyno Sheet on his Twin Turbo LS running a 6L80E. The only Custom Parts are one of our Billet 4-5-6 Shafts with Clutch Hub using Powerglide Frictions. It just proves what we always preached- Use Torque Management- watch the Clutch Overlap and they are good Transmission.

02.01.2022 Testing a Transgo Shift Kitted FMX for another rebuilder. All went well until she warmed up. Loss of Line Pressure in all Forward Gears. FMX- not one of our favorite Transmissions.
