04.01.2022 Two Luxury houses are being project managed by The Transpac Consultancy Group (SA) at Hectorville. Each house has 280m2 of constructed area (balconies and verandahs included). The galvanised steel framing not only prevents termite attack of the main structure, it also means that unlike timber, the walls will not twist and warp, once installed and the cornices and wall junctions should not crack. The upper level has AAC floors for that solid quiet feel. The front and rear verandahs and the garage floors will also be polished concrete. All windows will be double glazed for great energy efficiency. This is a 6.8 star energy efficient house.
