21.01.2022 WHY TransportEdge? TransportEdge Inc. was formed by Transport Workers, who over many past years have represented Transport Workers in the workplace to get a better deal. These loyal champions of labour could not stand by and do nothing following the corruption and dysfunction that has occurred and revealed in the Heyden Royal Commission report on the activities of the Transport Workers Union, WA Branch. The lack of any leadership within that organisation and its continuing t...urning of back on workers and their issues can no longer be tolerated. The foundation Committee came together in 2016 determined to provide Transport Workers with better service and ensure transport workers have representatives who will not shy away from the issues. TransportEdge Inc is all about Working with Workers.

21.01.2022 Hundreds of workers at Linfox could be owed thousands in back pay, all because the WA TWU prefers to golf with the bosses rather than represent the workers. "Tim Dawson has failed on all accounts to have the TWU WA Branch to do the job at Linfox that members pay for... "Dawson is front and centre for that mess. His union gave in to the companys illegal wage freeze.. Dawson did this without even demanding the financial evidence to support the Linfox claim

19.01.2022 People can lie, but documents don't. "Serious issues of non compliance with the provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009 has allowed Linfox to take back 7% of employees wage increases payable under the terms of the Linfox and Transport Workers National Agreement 2014. (National Agreement). "The TWU has allowed Linfox to rip off the workforce; ignoring the terms of the National Agreement and the Fair Work Act provisions that require processes to be followed when varying the terms of Agreement."

13.01.2022 TransportEdge discovered the problem. Linfox is fixing the problem. Why did the TWU deny there was even a problem in the first place? "Linfox has finally conceded that drivers were underpaid and has prepared letters of settlement for drivers to sign off on. "This was done after the TWU had ignored worker requests for the TWU to have Linfox correct the under payments... ... "Upon receipt of the time and wage records TransportEdge Inc calculated out the claims and the amount owing to these drivers. "Letters of demand were then forwarded to Linfox dated 30 May 2019 with one driver underpaid on 952 separate occasions over the last six years (statutory claim limit is 6 years) "Seventeen days later drivers have now had their claims accepted; a result of TransportEdge Inc diligent efforts."
