23.01.2022 2020 is being kind to us - 68mm yesterday taking us to 181mm since 1st January- 3mm to equal 2019 total of 184mm. Water starting to run gradually- stock water and feed problems are sorted - holes in creeks are full. Fruit trees have had some great soakings - irrigation dam is holding out for a gully raker. Happy to be surrounded by the green green grass

18.01.2022 A big shout out to the Traprock Strippers - the fantastic volunteers who helped strip our peaches and nectarines. It’s given our trees the best shot at surviving this drought. So humbling to have you guys who live near us struggling with drought issues yourself to the rest who have travelled up to 800km giving your time so freely. We are thinking that the plums will shed the majority of the fruitlets however help may still be required in a fortnight or so to tidy up these trees. Thanks everyone for all the messages of support.
