24.01.2022 #fairgoforcod NSW DPI Fisheries Officers recently apprehended a 52 year old man in possession of a 106cm Murray Cod. Officers inspected a camp at Blowering Dam... near Talbingo NSW and found the oversize Murray Cod hanging in a tree. The man, from Junee, was interviewed and the Murray Cod seized. The man will be issued a fine for possessing a prohibited size fish...#fineswithyourfish Murray Cod have a size limit of 55cm to 75cm, with a bag limit of 2 and possession limit of 4. From September to November inclusive it is illegal to take Murray Cod in all inland waters except for Copeton Dam.
