We can tell you it was a shock to the system for our very extroverted team to go into lockdown and while we've been busy working away behind the scenes, it definitely hasn't been the same without customers! By way of an update, we are currently processing refunds according to our refund and cancellation policy for anyone that requests one. We do ask that, if you have the means, you consider a gift certificate instead of a refund. In general, a great way to support the local small businesses that you love during this challenging time is by purchasing a gift certificate. ... Another great way to support them is to write them a Facebook or Google review so that hopefully they can bounce back quickly! Pick a few of your own favourite restaurants, bars and venues to leave a review and please share this idea with your own friends. Melbourne's amazing hospitality scene and the people that work in it is one of the things we love most about home, we want to do what we can to support it - it doesn't have to cost a thing!

Accordingly Trapt will not be re-opening our escape rooms until further notice.
