Unfortunately, when both our phone lines are in use, any additional callers get a message saying our numbers have been disconnected. In an attempt to resolve the issue, we’ve organised a mobile number for patients to call as a ‘during business hours’ message bank. This number can be called when you receive disconnection message on our usual number. We’ll do our best to r...eply to any messages as soon as possible. If you don’t want to leave a message, you can email us your name, number and a brief message for us to return your call, or try calling us again in a few moments time. 01.01.2022 The Australian Dental Association (ADA) has recommended Dentists follow Level 2 guidelines. As a result, from Monday 30th March 2020 we will only be booking emergency appointments. For patients who have appointments in the next week, we will be in contact with you shortly. All other patients, we will be in contact with you as the situation changes.... At this stage, we are no longer booking routine, non urgent dental procedures. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
