21.01.2022 It is the time of year when we send our membership renewals for the upcoming racing season. Unfortunately this year is like no other, with the current Road Map released on Sunday we are in a state of limbo & what this means for our race days is still unclear. The Latrobe Valley Racing Club Committee are offering all 2019/20 memberships an extension for the 2020/21 season. ... If we are able to have patrons on course, members will be provided with the opportunity to make a pre-booking to attend Derby Day/Cup Day races. Again this will all depend on the restrictions at the time of racing & how this will be setup will be managed closer to each event. Jenelle Fothergill Club Manager

07.01.2022 It is with great disappointment that the Latrobe Valley Racing Club is announcing it is unable to host crowds on-course for our bet365 Traralgon Cup Day on Sunday 29th November 2020. We have been holding hope that the State Government event framework regarding racetrack attendance would enable us to do so, but unfortunately we do not qualify in time to be able to open the gates for crowds. As per current protocols, we are only able to allow official owners to attend. If you’...re planning on getting together with friends on Sunday for your own Cup Day celebrations you can watch all the action on Racing.com on Channel 68. Thanks to those who have continued to support our club throughout this time and we look forward to welcoming everyone back on-course when we can.

Congratulations to Mick Templeton, Track manager Latrobe Valley Racing Club for producing another perfect track for race day.... Well done to the connections of No Effort ( Number 5 in the clip 3rd at the post with one lap to go) for winning the Traralgon Cup. Looking forward to 2021 hoping things will be back to normal.

03.01.2022 Traralgon Cup Day - Sunday 29th November 2020 The State Government is preparing to ease restrictions next week, what this will look like for our Cup Day is still unclear. Over the next few days we anticipate the guidelines for outdoor venues & race meetings will be released.... From here we will have a better understanding of what services & amenities we will be able to provide on race day. Some of the services you may normally expect on a race day may be limited. We are hoping on Sunday, November 29th our gates will be open to welcome you to enjoy Traralgon Cup Day. We will provide another update when the information is available.
