18.01.2022 Hello Wine Lover! Let’s get to know each a little bit better We are Luca, Matteo and Francesco We were bornin Modena, in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy... We grew up with our grandparents teaching us everything about food and wine since we were little. In Italyit is quite common to have the grandparents giving a very small sip of wines to the little onesto introduce them to the world of wine.... And of course,our grandpas did that with us... many times! Thereforeour wine memories begin very early during our childhood. We have been working in hospitality, both in Italy and Australiain some of the best restaurants that these countries can offer. And after all this time,our love for food and wine still continuesto grow. Fast forward 6 years ago we opened Trattoria Emilia with Francesco and Luca leading the kitchenand me Front of House. To have our own restaurant and being able to serve the flavours from our traditionwasa dream cometrue. During these years we've been able to build abeautiful community of wine and food lovers!Everything was going well until something happened... Beginning of 2020... In a matter of weeks, the world shut down... Circa one year ago we were in lockdown.. it was tough for everybody.. while we were scared about the future, we had to react and do something. We reinvented ourselves, and in the meantime, we startedworking on this new project. Wine always meantpassion for us, it means family, it means union, it means happy times with loved ones.
