25.01.2022 Thanks to Nicolas's amazing service, I'm now back in Australia and will soon see my kids again. I was in tears when my Qatar flight was cancelled with no other... option then getting refund or another flight a month later. I hadn't seen my 1 and 4 year old kids for already 6 weeks and couldn't bear the thought of waiting any longer. 18.01.2022 I have contacted WTC to help me with return flights between Melbourne and Paris after seeing all their positive reviews. Nicolas has provided me invaluable inf...ormation and support during the whole process. He has great knowledge of the current situation and flights that are ACTUALLY flying from and to Australia. We originally booked together my return tickets and I have had to change both my inbound (change of date) and outbound (change of destination within Aus) flights since. Both the original booking and the 2 changes were done extremely quickly and smoothly thanks to Nicolas, while it would have taken me countless hours of stress on the phone with airlines to do the same on my own, and without the reassurance that I have received from Nicolas. Nicolas is always available, no matter the time or the day, to provide me with additional guidance and support during this stressful time. I left Melbourne at the end of May without any issue and I am flying back to Brisbane in July (crossing my fingers that everything will go as plan).
