Here is another great example of why it’s worth booking with a Travel Adviser Reason #3: Client’s of Travel Associates called their adviser in the late afternoon, to inform them the air conditioner in their hotel room wasn’t working. The clients had raised the issue with the front desk who tried to rectify the situation but was unable to move them to another room because they were running at full capacity. After calling the 24/7 customer assistance line they were moved to a sister hotel and upgraded due to the inconvenience. The hotel was even able to cover their taxi. The client’s only complaint was they wished they could have stayed there longer.
