25.01.2022 Friends, Family and Facebook clients, In the middle of all of this craziness - there is also a lot of confusion. I just want to share a little bit of information to keep everyone as well informed as I can when it comes to anything travel related. Firstly, if you have booked a trip with me I want you to know that getting the best possible outcome for you and your trip is my number one priority. As I'm sure you can understand there are a lot of people's trips affected by the re...cent changes and I can speak on behalf of all travel agents you know right now that we are working through every enquiry and update in the most time effective and efficient way. I know you are concerned, but please be patient with us we are doing our very best 1. We are getting updates daily from every supplier and airline under the sun. It's important to us that we are communicating this information correctly - so if you are contacting us please be mindful that we might not be able to give you an update on the spot but will get one to you as soon as possible. 2. We are prioritising based on date of departure and are checking in with every single client. If you have not heard from me already, you can expect to in the next week or so. 3. If you are worried about not being able to change your plans - please fear not. The hold times are long but airlines and suppliers are being very cooperative. 4. As you can imagine our hold times with suppliers are quite extensive compared to normal. It would be greatly appreciated if you have an enquiry to email it through - I'm great at multi tasking and I'll be able to get back to you much quicker. If you prefer a phone call that is more than okay as well - if you could please let me know any questions you have prior so when I do call I am well prepared. Please also be aware that I work on a rotating roster and I will get back to you as soon as I can, but if your matter is urgent send me Facebook message or contact my store. 5. What if you have booked travel, but not through me? Sure I still want to help you with any questions you may have, but my clients and customers are the priority. In future please remember the support that a travel agent provides and use one next time you book your holiday. 24.01.2022 What a day?! Although my Student Flights and Universal Traveller may be over I still have a job to do to for Universal traveller brand and my amazing clients! How long for is the unknown, but every week is another week I can help my clients in these difficult and crazy times We will all be working from behind closed doors moving forwards as UT changes it’s colours ... To those that weren’t as fortunate today, my thoughts are with you and if you need anything at all or just want a chat please reach out. For now I have a lot to be thankful for and lucky to still be apart of an amazing global company. The ride isn’t over yet and the next few weeks and months is going to be interesting to say the least. For my clients, I will be in contact soon. Getting in your car and driving to work has more chance of killing you then this... just a heads up. Common sense people, time to use it.

01.01.2022 We all knew it was going to happen but not like this... Today was the hardest day I have had in my travel career. Today we were informed that Universal Traveller will be shut down and has now closed its doors for the last time. This company has given me the most amazing experiences over the last 4 and a bit years. I am incredibly grateful and thankful for the experiences I have had, friends that I have made and clients that have trusted me with their most important travel exp...eriences.
