25.01.2022 Day three, social distancing... (3rd attempt to post this). We have added some shade for our customers. Takeaways only. Eftpos preferred. ... We will continue to operate like this for as long as we can.

25.01.2022 Frozen TRAVELLERS REST PIES to the rescue!!. We will have packs of fresh made, frozen pies available from Wednesday. We are doing 6 packs, of either beef or chicken varieties at $33 per pack.... We also have Garlic Prawn and some Sea Scallop at $7 per pie. Packs will vary but will not include Steak & Kidney, Steak & Pea, Lambs Fry & Bacon, Burgundy, Stroganoff, Laksa, Beef & Oyster or Chicken Curry. You can pick your pies up in the afternoon (Wednesday) from the shop, or if you live local, we can deliver for an additional $5. Stocks are limited, so first in best fed. 21.01.2022 Thank you everyone for your ongoing support, the last few days have been enormous, we are so grateful for your loyalty. Things are still not quite back to normal, but we are getting there. We have discussed the issues of social distancing rules, recent border openings and increase in COVID-19 cases in southern states and how this affects us as a business.... We have decided then, to remain, for now, open as shop front only, takeaways with our outdoor eating area still available. We do this to protect our customers, our staff and our community. We have a high level of travellers (thus the name) and we value your health over our profit. We thank you for your understanding, patience and continued patronage. Lola has been able to buy a walker/wheelchair to assist with her mobility and there are definate advances towards her getting her Assistance Dog. She's off to Brisbane next week for a procedure, and is waiting for blood test results to confirm if she has Fabry disease which could explain some of her numerous conditions. Lola has a long and difficult road ahead and is very grateful for your help. Please can I ask that you sha...re again, and donate if you can.
