It is extremely distressing to see an elderly man and young girl injured and another reason we are so against instant booking systems that Airbnb and Homeaway/Stayz are promoting as what your guests want!! As a holiday rental owner you are not only are losing control of your property and trusting Airbnb and Homeaway's guest profile/ integrity systems, you also have no idea who is going t...o turn up and stay at your house until after payment is secured and the US owned and managed businesses have the full payment and their commissions.
