18.01.2022 I have so many great childhood memories of time spent at this sugar mill and playing through the cane fields near home. My Uncle was the Mill Cook here and prepared three meals a day plus smoko’s for about 150 workers each day. Used to ride the cane trains every day as a child. Wouldn’t happen these days.
