14.01.2022 Sharing a blast from the past! #Cami De L'obac D'incles in #Andorra, what a trek! Feels like a lifetime ago, yet only yesterday. I love looking back at these photos, as it was such stunning hike, though more importantly, such a life defining moment. It may not have been the most technical trek I've done, yet it challenged me to my core in so many aspects and taught me the meaning of #strength #resilience #endurance #perseverance ... Everytime I look back on this moment, I'm reminded that anything is possible - you just have to believe it, and in yourself. It reminds me that putting yourself out there, getting off the beaten track and challenging yourself is awesome! With CHAllenGE (change and challenge) comes growth, exciting new adventures/ opportunities and learnings (which enables growth), and therefore should be embraced not feared. That good old saying that if you fall down (like I did while traversing down the glacier- and can I just say, what a landing ) then take a moment to catch your breath, bounce back and give it all you've got- you've got this! It also reminds me that it's so easy in life to forget to make the time to look up and take in the beauty that surrounds us. We often walk down a street focusing on where we are heading, rather than taking in the view. And finally, perhaps the most important reflection, is that it reminds me that time is precious, as is life and the people in it. And this beautiful, incredible (and sometimes crazy) journey called life, is what you make it
