21.01.2022 Business update I will be away from my computer for the next few days whilst in hospital and on far too much medication to be booking travel to the correct destinations. ;-) I look forward to beginning the journey to recovery for both myself and my business upon my return. 19.01.2022 I am one that is wishing that I could put the Christmas tree up already and wish 2020 away as I would say it has been a dreadful year not just for my Travel business but also personally. I do however know that one day we will be able to travel again and when we can I will still be here ready to help your dreams come true once again. So when this time comes I do hope that my friends and family will be there to support my local business and let me travel though you with your ph...otos and stories. I am a stay at home busy mum of three beautiful girls. But my passion is travel, not just my own but also the joy that I get seeing my friends and customers go to see family back home, get away to a favourite spot or try something totally out of the box. As a Travel Manager, I take away the stress and time that it takes to plan a holiday. Most people don't have the time now to spend hours looking through multiple suppliers to find the best deal for them. This doesn't always mean the price but more the value added with upgrades or information on cities not yet visited, as well as contacts at your destination that can make your travel that little bit easier and more individual.

02.01.2022 I just wanted to take a moment to say hi from me and to let you know that I am still here and will be when things improve and it is again safe to travel. Although quiet I have not felt it right to be advertising so much when there are so many people still suffering in the world with illness, not being with loved ones and awaiting refunds from travels that have not been possible. I am keeping upto date with all the recent rules, dates of changes and possibilities for supplie...rs and providors and am in touch with people that still have outstanding tasks to complete. Please if you need to talk and I have been absent as of late do send me an email or message and I will get in touch as soon as possible. There has been many groups, posts on facebook and news on my industry regarding refunds and the time that these are taking. I have tried not to read or watch many of these as it is quite upsetting to think that this is how travel consultants are being thought of. I totally understand that a customer has had there travel plans disrupted and cancelled and I also would want my money back and straight away. As I have had to process and still am, many refunds I am also frustrated that this takes so long and wish that I had the ability to send money back straight away. Unfortunately this is only possible once the suppliers, airlines, wholeslers and ground operators return to our company for us to then forward on immeditely. I hope that my customers know that I am here to help as much as I can and that I act with the up most honesty when handling your funds and holidays and I will carry on fighting your corner for as long as needed.
