21.01.2022 We may only be a couple of weeks in but boy has it already been a big one. Apologies for my absence online, I must admit it's been a difficult time balancing the many parts of my heart, with our beautiful Australian home burning, and feeling helpless so far away in my little Canadian mountain town, buried under more than a metre of fresh snow in the snow storm of the decade. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to host an evening of live music at a local venue last ...week, with all proceeds headed to Wires and a place very close to my heart, the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital. I am very proud to say we raised $3,900CAD. While we may be on the other side of the world, it swells my heart to bursting to feel the community coming together for the battle in Australia, all over the world. It makes me feel like this is going to be the decade of coming together, and getting back to our nature of respect for our Earth mother, and each other.
