24.01.2022 So many holiday dreams have been cancelled these past few months! We have been there with our clients side by side doing everything we can do reduce the loss incurred and re book where possible, Yes it's been tough but it's still part of our job we as travel agents are with our clients through the whole process! As the saying goes "without a travel agent your on your own" I love what I do through the good times and the bad!! As said by Siobhan and her family: Stacey has been ...great to deal with and even though we unfortunately didn’t get to go on our holiday she has been nothing short of amazing. Not only did she book our flights on a tight timeline and got back to me within half an hour of sending through what I wanted, she also has dealt with the cancellation and claims process.
