Airlines have cancelled and diverted flights, cruise ships are shutting down for up to 60 days, borders are closed, countries in lock down, some tour companies have stopped operating until the end of April. We as travel agents and the entire travel industry, have tried really hard to keep travel running as normal as possible. Thank you for your patience - I am... working through each booking in departure date order, trying to achieve the best possible outcome for each of you. 11.01.2022 Already back a week from the Crochet Cruise & cant wait for the next one! Loved the #JennyKingDesigns crochet handbag & #CrochetCruising Planned Pooling blanket workshops. We crocheted for the Australian wildlife #wireswildliferescue & made lots of new friendships. There was fierce competition among the fashion parade entrants at the cocktail party culminating in a Silent Auction raising over $1300 for the firies #wafirefighters Not to mention more beautiful squishy yarn to add to my stash What a fantastic cruise! Breaking the news to my clients that their cruise/holiday has been cancelled is a tough gig Being able to help them through the difficult refund process to try to reclaim some of their $$$ has definitely shown the value of booking through a Personal Travel Manager. Taking out quality travel insurance at the time of booking is worth it too! Support local small businesses who care & have your back not faceless online sites. Its a minefield out there
