22.01.2022 Fantastic news everyone !!! After one of my friends asked me if she could contact the hotel via their social media FB page, I received an email from the General Manager of the Oracle Resort on Broadbeach which is managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts and he personally contacted the owners of the apartment and they have agreed to allow my elderly clients to keep their booking in credit for another time. It’s terrific that they have come to the party and my clients and I truely ...appreciate it. I would like to give a shout out to all my fb friends and their friends and my TravelManagers colleagues for sharing this post and getting the word out, we are ever so grateful. 14.01.2022 To all my loyal clients, friends and family, As you know this has been a very challenging few weeks, especially for the travel industry. Airlines have cancelled... and diverted flights, cruise ships are shutting down for up to 60 days, borders are closed, countries in lock down, some tour companies have stopped operating until the end of April. We as travel agents and the entire travel industry, have tried really hard to keep travel running as normal as possible. Thank you for your patience - I am working through each booking in departure date order, trying to achieve the best possible outcome for each of you. Your business is extremely important to me & I look forward to assisting you with existing and future travels plans. Please don't hesitate to call me if you have any questions or concerns. 06.01.2022 I just wanted to touch base with all my clients and friends and see how you are all coping in the current situation? Albeit hard I’m trying to stay positive and am using this down time keeping active, walking everyday. I’m also up skilling and doing lots of travel training courses online about destinations and suppliers. Hopefully the light at the end of the tunnel is nearer. I can’t wait to travel again.
