24.01.2022 INDIAN PACIFIC & WESTERN AUSTRALIA ESCAPE We ended our trip in Margaret River and enjoyed a lovely lunch at Aravina Estate (who also have a car & surfing gallery onsite). On our way up to the airport, we stopped at the famous Busselton Jetty. The rain stopped so some were able to walk and others opted for the train!... To celebrate the 180th anniversary of Cunard, over the next few weeks we will share some of our staff and clients favourite memories!... A long time ago there was a tour manager called Amanda travelling with her husband on the beautiful floating old palace, the QE2 with her entourage of passengers. Every evening there was dancing for the royal guests in the beautiful Queens room and a magic spell of love was released by Amanda. Peter a young 87 Prince, one of Amanda’s royal passengers was a country farmer who sadly could not dance. Amanda waved her magic wand and organised private lessons to ensure his success with the ladies. Low and behold another noble passenger wanted to join him (of course she did) in these PRIVATE LESSONS. Guess what the love spell worked, and the farmer prince fell in love with Paula the 78 year old American. The tour continued and the couple under Amanda’s magic spell continued their time dancing and gazing into each other’s eyes. In the grand dining room, a private table for two was booked and the farmer Prince proposed marriage to the American Princess, and she accepted.
