25.01.2022 Coolgardie railway museum



24.01.2022 Day one of a 3 month trip across Australia. We started out from home at 6am this morning, and hoping to reach Lightning Ridge around 5 pm. The roads are that bumpy that I have reached all my goals on the Garmin The landscape is extremely dry, so bad for the farmers.

20.01.2022 Can you believe, we are back of Bourke and going through flood waters. Who would have believed!!! The temperature dropped from 38 degrees to 22 degrees within 15 minutes, and the heavens have just opened up, 64 klms to Cobar



18.01.2022 Opened in 2013, the cable cars at Ba Na Hills hold several Guinness World Records, including the longest gap, heaviest cable and the greatest change in elevation. This trip was amazing and very beautiful

18.01.2022 After a walk through tour of the Hoi An old quarter market with a gregarious, entertaining, and informative tour guide we were taken by river boat to a picturesque setting for a cooking class in authentic Vietnamese food. We both failed!!

14.01.2022 Going back in time, we were that busy in Vietnam, did not get a chance to post many photos. These photos are of the Furama Resort. We stayed here for five luxurious days. What a wonderful treat

09.01.2022 Back of Bourke and driving through minor floodwaters. Who would believe, in the middle of a drought. We have the UHF RADIO on and listening to all the trickiest, nothing worse ahead, only 50 klms out of Cobar. The temperature dropped from38 degrees to 21 degrees in about 15 minutes. What a treat to see rain out here!!

05.01.2022 Yes, this bridge is spitting fire and water, what a spectacle!! Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night this bridge is closed to traffic, locals and tourists alike swarm to the area, seeking the best advantage point...... we chose a local bar....surprise, surprise



01.01.2022 What a very yummy lunch of bar-b-que mussels. This restaurant in Da nang is owned by friends back here in Oz. No one in the restaurant could speak English, and we certainly could not speak Vietnamese. Nonetheless we were able to negotiate a meal. All seafood was kept in tanks, and you paid my the weight
